The role 

The Robot Software team is responsible for the software that runs on our internal fleet of vehicles to enable autonomous driving and collect data for training new driving models. As the Engineering Manager for the System Performance team, you will lead a motivated and talented team of engineers and own performance tooling, frameworks, and support for our on-vehicle software.  This team will help instrument and collect metrics, analyze performance issues, drive changes to existing and new designs, and support offline tooling to improve the performance of the software and the velocity of the team.
