Privately owned for over 35 years, and now one of the UK’s leading & multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Robot Weld Operator to join our busy and expanding team at HTA Group in Coventry, part of the WEC Group.
This role may be suitable for someone with basic machine knowledge.
Responsibilities
Operator shall ensure parts are manufactured or processed in accordance with process control plans and that production output targets are met.
- Adjust and set Robots to Production specifications
- Operate machines and process work as instructed.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming stock
- On the job training can be given as and when needed
Skills and Experience Required
- Ensuring parts are made or processed in accordance with instructions listed
- Efficiently and effectively operating robot weld cells
- Adjusting and setting Robotic Weld machines to specification
- Ensuring parts are made or processed in a prompt manner and production output figures are met
