What you'll be doing:
- Deliver operational HR support across employee relations, including absence, grievance, disciplinary, and capability cases
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders on all people-related matters
- Proactively reduce ER risks by partnering with employment law experts and insurers
- Champion policy development, legislative compliance, and employee wellbeing
- Support TUPE and consultation processes where required
- Deliver timely HR data, insight, and reporting
- Help build manager confidence and capability in handling ER issues
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years’ experience in an Employee Relations or similar HR role
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience (Level 5 training fully funded if not already qualified)
- Strong communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a calm approach under pressure
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- TUPE/Consultation experience a bonus
