Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced production team member to operate multi-head embroidery machines and carry out heat pressing of garments. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in garment decoration, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machines.
- Carry out heat press printing on garments to a high standard.
- Prepare garments and artwork for decoration.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet customer expectations.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machinery where necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Support the wider production team as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating embroidery machines (multi-head preferred).
- Experience with garment heat pressing or printing.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet production deadlines.
- Team player with a flexible approach to work.
