Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the potential of young children in a pre-school setting. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education.
Duties
- Manage daily activities and routines for children aged 2-5 years, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
- Plan and implement engaging educational programmes that promote learning through play.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships and support children's development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the setting's reputation for excellence in early years education.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience for all children.
Experience
- Level 2 Early years education and childcare qualification or equivalent
- Strong command of English, enabling effective communication with children, parents, and staff members.
- A genuine passion for childcare and early years education, with the ability to manage diverse needs within a classroom environment.
