Role: Ref - Early Years Practitioner (aka Early Years Superhero)
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: Up to £26,499 per annum
Contract/Hours: Permanent Full Time Fun – 40 hours per week

Spring Thorpe Hamlet is 57-place nursery in the heart of Norwich for children ages 3-months to 5-years. We pride ourselves on the warm, ‘home from home' environment we provide, where children are encouraged and supported to become independent learners. Our highly dedicated staff take time to get to know parents and children to ensure all of their individual care and learning needs are met: our philosophy is to actively encourage the involvement of parents so we can achieve our aim of ensuring children grow to be confident, happy and resilient.
As an Early Years Practitioner (Level 3), you'll let the little ones explore, discover their creativity, and let their imaginations run wild in our bright engaging, and safe space. If you’re ready to make a difference and have a fun while doing it Spring Thorpe Hamlet is where you need to be.

What we need from you
In the role of Early Years Practitioner (Level 3), we're ideally looking for someone who has:
- A Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- A passion for continuous learning and growth, aligned with our core values and the Spring career pathway
- A deep understanding of children's development needs (0 to 5 years)
- A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
