What You’ll Do
- Create stimulating learning environments that spark curiosity and growth.
- Plan and deliver activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
- Take on the role of Key Person, building strong partnerships with families.
- Support inclusivity and celebrate diversity in every aspect of the setting.
- Observe and assess children’s development, using technology to keep parents engaged and informed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and take part in exciting training and development opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years - Level 6 OR QTS preferred
- Experience working with children under 5.
- A genuine passion for child development and early years education.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, engaging personality.
- Dedication to creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment.
