TalentBoard is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across mainstream and specialist schools in Liverpool.

Role Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of tailored lessons that meet individual learning needs.
- Provide focused support to pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with lesson preparation, resources, and daily routines.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and families.
- Offer personal care support when required, with sensitivity and respect.
- Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.
Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting children or adults with SEND is beneficial.
- Backgrounds in education, care, youth work, psychology, or coaching are welcome.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learners.
- A genuine interest in inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
