Responsibilities of a Domestic Services Operative Team Member include: -
- We place our residents at the heart of all that we do.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home including cleaning, hoovering, dusting, buffing, carpet shampooing and polishing in all areas.
- Demonstrate a key eye for detail, working independently as well as part of a team within the home.
To create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
- To place the residents’ dignity at the forefront of all duties and ensure they are always treated with respect.
- Take pride within your work.
- To understand, acknowledge, implement, and maintain Risedale policies and procedure including Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements of a Domestic Services Operative Team Member role include: -
- The job involves working at Risedale at St Georges, Albert Street, Barrow in Furness LA14 2JB.
- Shifts are 1pm - 6pm, 25 hours per week on a rotational contract.
- To have a friendly, caring attitude as you work around our residents.
- This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check paid for by us.
