About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Operatives to support the upkeep of modern student accommodation properties . You will play a vital role in ensuring communal areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms are cleaned to a high standard—especially during busy periods such as student move-ins and move-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens (deep cleans during turnovers)
- Maintain cleanliness in communal spaces (hallways, stairwells, lounges)
- Follow health and safety procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or damages
- Work independently or as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
