Summary
We are seeking a Domestic professional to join our dedicated team at Sebright House Care Home in the Midlands. This role is vital in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents, contributing significantly to their overall well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Participate in training and development opportunities
- Uphold the values and mission of Sebright House Care Home in all tasks.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
- Compassionate attitude towards residents and their needs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
