Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to start or further their career in sales and/or marketing.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales as well as traditional and digital marketing, while supporting campaigns, managing digital content across multiple channels, and enhancing our Workbooks database. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and shape your career in either sales or marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain customer and prospect data in our CRM (Workbooks)
- Provide administration support for events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
- Support the creation and posting of content on LinkedIn and develop further social media channels
- Collaborate with the team on fresh marketing initiatives
- Assist with general administrative tasks across the Sales and Marketing Department
Person criteria
- This role would suit an early-career professional, or someone returning to the workplace, looking to grow their career in marketing or sales
- Proactive and enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in digital sales and/or digital marketing
- Organised and detail-orientated, able to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on track
- Creative, with a flair for content creation and a strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator, comfortable working with different teams and taking initiative
- Tech-savvy, ideally with some experience of social media platforms and Microsoft Office
- Any exposure to CRM systems (especially Workbooks), content creation tools, or marketing platforms is a bonus, but not essential

This role is offered as full time, 40 hours a week. Part time may be considered for the right candidate.
