Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and digitally fluent Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator to act as the internal hub for all digital marketing activity across our portfolio. You will not be executing SEO or managing social media directly, but rather ensuring that our external agencies and partners deliver top-quality work aligned with our brand goals. This role requires someone who understands digital platforms thoroughly, can ask the right questions, and can manage deliverables from our side.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Oversight: Serve as the internal point of contact for all digital marketing efforts across Ravens Ait Island, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hampton Suite Apartments, and Warren House.
- Agency Coordination: Liaise with third-party agencies handling SEO, social media, and paid advertising to ensure work is aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Review campaign results, reports, and KPIs provided by partners and flag issues or opportunities.
- Website Management: Coordinate basic updates and content uploads across property websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Content Approval & Brand Consistency: Review social media posts, blogs, and other content pieces to ensure they reflect brand tone and standards before they go live.
- Calendar & Campaign Planning: Help maintain a high-level marketing calendar across all properties to align campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Internal Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators, wins, and areas of concern.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing or marketing coordination role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, content marketing, and social media — with an ability to question and guide agency deliverables.
- Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proactive and comfortable working independently and across multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or multi-brand environments is a plus.
- Basic design or editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) useful but not required.
