Marketing Specialist
Location: London
Company: Liveology Digital Media UK Ltd
Type: Full-Time
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Marketing Specialist with a sharp eye for design, a mind for strategy, and hands-on experience with CRM systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that amplify brand visibility, strengthen audience relationships, and reflect the unique energy of TikTok culture.
This is a role for someone who can move between creative thinking and structured execution — someone who can manage timelines, craft content, design assets, and communicate clearly across teams and platforms.
What You'll Do
- Lead Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns that promote the brand and its work across external platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, web)
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables from brief to rollout
- Tailor campaign strategies to engage with brands, audiences and creators
- Create Engaging Content & Visuals
- Design clean, branded visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Write clear, engaging copy across platforms — social posts, email subject lines, bios, and landing pages
- Align content with brand tone and keep creative assets organised and repeatable
- Coordinate & Communicate
- Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external creatives or collaborators
- Ensure all messaging and content is consistent, timely, and aligned with campaign objectives
- Organise feedback loops, content approvals, and version tracking with precision
- Manage CRM & Data
- Use CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp) to manage contacts, track campaigns, and segment audiences
- Support email and messaging campaigns with performance insights and audience targeting
- Maintain clean and updated contact records and campaign analytics
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in a marketing-focused role (agency, media, digital, or brand side)
- Functional understanding of TikTok culture and short-form content trends (even if not a creator yourself)
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems to manage contacts and campaigns
- Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Excellent organisation and time management — you thrive with structure and clarity
- Great written and visual communication skills
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in traditional media, account management, or creator-led projects
- An eye for content strategy and campaign performance metrics
- Ability to manage social media tools and schedule content independently
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a passive marketing role. You’ll have ownership, creative space, and the chance to directly shape how a TikTok-native brand is seen and understood across channels. You’ll work at the intersection of culture, technology, and content, making this role ideal for someone who loves working in emerging digital spaces.
