We’re looking for a curious, user-centred designer who can research with end users, spot the problem, and create simple, effective solutions - sometimes a full module, a checklist, infographic, or a short video, for a wide range of learning audiences. We’re interested in people with experience from outside traditional Learning.
- Using 5Di and user-centred design to understand problems and prototype quickly
- Building high-quality digital learning and resources
- Working with diverse stakeholders, confidently challenging assumptions when needed
- Using data to measure impact
- Proven experience designing digital learning (portfolio welcomed)
- Comfort running user research and testing
- Strong stakeholder skills and clear, concise storytelling
- A problem-solving mindset grounded in evidence

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow . Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
