Join a bold, B2C-focused team at Kantar that is redefining how we engage with millions of panel members across the globe. As our new Digital Engagement & Content Executive, you’ll help shape a multi-market content strategy that drives organic panel growth, engagement and retention through storytelling, innovation, and data-driven execution.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a multi-market engagement and content strategy with a focus on creating an annual communications plan that is both growth and retention focused.
This role fills a vital spot on the team responsible for the brand and engagement efforts for Kantar’s different proprietary panel brands across several markets globally.
KEY OUTCOMES
Content & Engagement Strategy
- Develop and manage annual global multi-market social media content plans for Kantar proprietary panel brands.
- Create content in a variety of formats for SEO purposes.
- Ensure clear brand differentiation and local market relevance in all content.
Campaign Execution & Management
- Lead the creation, scheduling, and execution of social media and in-platform engagement campaigns.
- Collaborate with global and local teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver integrated campaigns on time and within scope.
Performance Analysis
- Apply a data-driven approach to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize strategies based on audience engagement metrics.
CAPABILITIES
- Fluency in English at a native or near-native level
- Exceptional copy writing and storytelling skills tailored for social and digital platforms.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience executing engagement content strategies with focus on brand differentiation and distinctiveness.
- Strong knowledge of SEO content creation tools and practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns and stakeholders.
- Confidence working with data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
- Experience localizing global campaigns and managing tone across markets and different brands.
- A creative mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Proficient Microsoft suite user; good eye for visual brand representation.
