Dental Receptionist
Experience in Dental/healthcare environment essential.
Experience with Software of Excellence desirable but not essential.
We are a 6 surgery practice proving NHS and Private dental care including Denplan. Foundation training practice. Full range of family and cosmetic dentistry, implants and orthodontics. Platinum Invisalign provider.
Progressive practice embracing digital technologies.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player who has a strong work ethic, a desire to learn and be part of something special. You will be expected to manage reception, incoming and outgoing telephone calls, appointments, payments, clinical records, marketing, recalls, local health board liaison and assist our practice manager and clinical team members in the day to day running of the dental practice.
You will be rewarded with a fantastic work environment and team that fosters development. Training will be provided on all aspects of our service and software.
Dental nursing, treatment coordinator or reception experience is essential but above all we are looking for personality and a drive to help patients and your team members.
