Tuesday 08:00 – 17:30
Wednesday 09:30 – 19:00
Thursday 08:00 – 17:30
Friday 08:00 – 17:30
About the role
The role involves being part of our fantastic front of house team, with time split between the front desk and our office, undertaking administrative tasks.
On the front desk you will meet and greet our fantastic patients, take payments, make appointment bookings and be the first point of contact for patients with questions about their care.
Administrative tasks involve providing patient with information about their care, following up on enquiries, ensuring our information database is up to date and helping the practice maximise its performance.
About You
Our front of house team are the public face of our practice and therefore need to represent the friendly, caring and professional image of the business.
We are looking for someone who can communicate well with people face to face, on the phone and via email. Previous customer relations experience/reception experience is desirable but not essential. Previous experience of working in a dental practice (in a clinical or reception role) would be helpful but training will be provided, and you will have the support of experienced colleagues.
Other desired characteristics that we shall be looking for are: good organisational skills, reliability, punctuality and I.T skills.
