Dental Receptionist Required

Edinburgh Dental is a well established, independently owned, dental practice offering mixed NHS and independent dental care in the Newington area of Edinburgh.
We are on the look-out for a vibrant, enthusiastic receptionist who loves to deliver a fantastic patient experience, has a passion for learning and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team to join our existing team of amazing dental professionals.
Customer service experience is essential for this role however a knowledge of dentistry is not a requirement for this role as training will be provided to candidates with excellent customer experience and communication skills. We welcome applications from candidates from all customer service focused industries.
Main Duties include:
Providing a high level of customer service.
Meeting and greeting patients.
Management of a busy appointment diary.
Processing payments.
Dealing efficiently with enquiries via telephone and email
Administration duties as required.
Hours:
Monday 8:15am-5:15pm
Tuesday 9:15am-6:15pm
Wednesday 8:15am-7:15pm
Thursday 8:15am-5:15pm
Friday 8:15am-4:15pm
This position is available on a full time basis however part time hours may be considered for exceptional candidates.
