We are seeking a Driver's Mate to assist our delivery team in transporting goods and products to various locations. The role involves supporting the driver, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle
- Communicate effectively with the driver and customers during deliveries
- Help navigate routes and provide directions as needed
- Ensure all delivered items are accounted for and in good condition
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle
- Ability to communicate clearly with the driver and customers
- Willingness to undertake heavy lifting tasks as part of the role
