As a Delivery Driver at Papa John's, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and with a smile. You'll be responsible for safely delivering our delicious pizzas and other menu items to customers' doorsteps in a timely manner. Our Delivery Drivers are not only representatives of our brand but also provide excellent customer service, making every interaction with our customers a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders promptly to customers' homes, businesses, or other designated locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with their order.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, including routine maintenance checks.
- Adhere to Papa John's uniform and grooming standards at all times.
- During slower delivery periods, assist with various in-store tasks, such as preparing orders, washing dishes, and restocking supplies.
- Follow Papa John's policies and procedures regarding food safety, cleanliness, and security.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
