Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in local primary school, to include, classrooms and communal areas
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while ensuring the area remains clutter-free.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when restocking is necessary.
- Drive to location as required for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival at the site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services provided.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address client needs professionally.
- A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle is essential to the role
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are crucial for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
