We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Data Products Insights Lead to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is pivotal in helping us understand our customers better, optimise digital journeys, and drive strategic decisions through data. You’ll lead a small team of analysts and collaborate across the business to deliver impactful insights that shape the future of our services.

What will I be doing?

  • Lead the design and delivery of analytical projects that uncover customer behaviours and business opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using visual storytelling and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure insights are embedded into decision-making processes.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new analytical techniques, tools, and data sources.
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the Digital Analytics function, including tooling, training, and data quality.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in customer insights and analytics, ideally within a digital environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and supporting high-performing teams through direct line management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and platforms like GA4 and Databricks.
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
  • Experience in applying machine learning, segmentation, and forecasting techniques to real-world problems.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
