Job Summary
We’re looking for a certified Zumba instructor or a dance fitness instructor who brings positive energy, great musicality, and the confidence to lead dynamic classes. We’re particularly interested in instructors who can bring genre-themed sessions to life — think 90s R&B, Hip-Hop, Pop, Afrobeats, Latin hits, or any other style you feel most at home with.
You don’t need to stick to just one genre — we welcome variety as long as it gets people moving, sweating, and smiling!
Responsibilities:
- Lead 60 minute Zumba sessions with enthusiasm and confidence
- Incorporate themed playlists to create a fun and engaging class atmosphere
- Modify moves to cater to all fitness levels and abilities
- Arrive on time and create a warm, inclusive environment for all participants
- Represent the Purple Soul Club brand and values professionally
Requirements:
- Certified Zumba Instructor (ZIN license preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable with building a community vibe in class
- Experience teaching themed or musically focused classes is a bonus
- Must be able to travel to and from our Redhill location
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £35.00-£45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 3 per week
