North Kesteven, England
Full time

This is a 12 month, 36.5 hours a week, fixed term contract with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate

Utility Aid is the UK’s leading energy broker for charities and non-profits, working with over 4,000 organisations to help them save money on their energy costs. We specialise in energy procurement, invoice validation, and customer support, ensuring that our clients are not overpaying for their energy. To date, we’ve recovered over £8 million in overcharges for our customers. Our mission is to provide ethical, transparent, and cost-effective energy services that allow charities to focus on what really matters, supporting their communities.

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you want to be part of a company that makes a real difference in the not-for-profit sector? Utility Aid is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join our friendly, dedicated team.

What You’ll Do:

Be a point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and friendly support via phone and email.
Help customers with billing issues, account queries, and supplier interactions.
Ensure all customer interactions are logged and followed up efficiently.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Provide clear and helpful advice to customers, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Customer-focused, with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience in a customer service role (energy industry experience is a plus but not essential).
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
A team player who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Why Join Utility Aid?

Work for a company that supports over 4,000 charities and non-profits.
Be part of a friendly, supportive team.
Opportunities for professional growth and development.
A chance to make a real impact in the sector.

If you’re ready to bring your customer service skills to a company that truly makes a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
