What You’ll Do:
Be a point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and friendly support via phone and email.
Help customers with billing issues, account queries, and supplier interactions.
Ensure all customer interactions are logged and followed up efficiently.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Provide clear and helpful advice to customers, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For:
A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
Customer-focused, with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience in a customer service role (energy industry experience is a plus but not essential).
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
A team player who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
