Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, thorough and determined member of staff to join our office team in a customer services role. We strive to offer outstanding customer experiences so are looking for candidates that are passionate about what they do and determined to exceed expectations. The role involves working with our existing customer services team to ensure we are handling customer emails, online chats and phone orders to a high standard. The role will also involve the management of orders and tracking of order status to ensure they are sent on time.
Key Skills:

- Written and typing skills
- Equine experience/product knowledge preferred
Job Roles:
- Replying and composing of emails to both customers and suppliers
- Answering phone calls & taking orders from customers
- During busy periods there may be a need to assist the despatch and shop teams
- Dealing with customer returns
This job would suit
As the role requires an amount of product knowledge this job would suit someone with horses, owning a horse or with previous equine experience that would like to work in a busy and expanding business with opportunities for growth. As we grow it would also suit someone that likes to get their teeth into something and see their work make a difference.
Working Conditions
You will be working with a team to complete daily duties, small and large tasks.
Hours of work
This is a permanent position involving 35-40 hours per week.
Days of work is to be confirmed but will include 1 weekend day per week.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
