Seasonal Arcade Host
Were looking for a Seasonal Arcade Attendant at our Summerfields Location! As a seasonal arcade host you will be friendly, outgoing, approachable, confident and have a passion for customer engagement and service. You will help to ensure everry customer who comes through our venue leaves happy, providing help and advice whenever you can. Reliability and punctuality are essential, and you will need to be flexible to changing shift patterns.
All candidates must be over 18 years of age to comply with Gambling Laws.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
May be some shifts at our California Cliffs and Breydon Waters Locations too!
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and general questions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
