Responsibilities:
- Provide refreshments to customers, answer queries, and give assistance where required
- Perform cash top-ups on the machines as and when necessary
- Keep the machines and all areas of the arcade clean and tidy. Be prepared to learn how to perform minor running repairs when required.
- Report machine faults as per Company procedures, and in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous cash handling
- Basic maths and problem-solving skills/numeracy
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and other team members
- Fluent in English
- This is a full-time, seasonal role, and includes day and evening shifts, plus weekends and Bank Holidays. The successful applicant will normally work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 8.00am and 11.00pm, and may be required to provide cover at our other site, which is close by, and in walking distance. Applicants should have a reasonable degree of physical fitness, as they will be on their feet for several hours at a time, and also need to be capable of safely manoeuvring and repositioning machines. Due to licensing laws, the successful applicant must be 18 or over.
- Previous experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
