Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous, as we strive to provide exceptional service to our patrons.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to meet established cleanliness standards.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt and debris.
- Change bed linens, towels, and kitchen cloths after each guest, ensuring they are immediately washed and ironed before reuse.
- Restock supplies as necessary.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required or directed by management.
Skills
- Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements:
- Reliability, precision, and ability to work independently
- Good organizational skills and flexibility
- Category B driving license (not mandatory but preferred)
