The Role
As part of our customer service team, you’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for customers with plumbing, heating and drainage enquiries (all inbound, no cold calling).
- Build rapport, reassure customers, and log details accurately.
- Support the wider office team with admin such as invoicing, reports, reminders, and marketing.
- Play a key role in driving growth through excellent service and strong communication.
