The Role
We are looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our face-to-face customer service and sales team. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them understand their energy options and guiding them through the switching process.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. No previous experience is required, as full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers at their homes in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide accurate quotes and compare energy suppliers and tariffs
- Clearly explain energy products and the switching process
- Deliver excellent customer service from start to finish
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Accurately update customer information using our CRM system
- Follow industry compliance and data protection guidelines
