We are seeking a dedicated Credit Control Assistant to join our Watford based team! In this role you’ll be responsible for chasing aged debt over the phone and via email with a variety of our customers. Working Monday-Friday 8.30am-5:30pm, with one hour unpaid for lunch. Saturday overtime available (rota- 1 per month, can be discussed)

Desired Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience of credit control is desired but not essential
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Good time management skills
· Computer and IT literate
· Logical and highly organised
· Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for chasing aged debt on the telephone and via email.
- Managing customer queries, sending out copy invoices, proof of delivery or credit notes where applicable.
- Support with queries and credits for customers.
- Payment allocations.
- Ad-hoc credit control/office duties.
- Till reconciliations & queries
