Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Conduct research on target audiences, market trends, and competitors to inform marketing strategies
- Create and manage the company's brand identity, including designing and maintaining brand guidelines
- Develop creative assets such as graphics, videos, and animations to support marketing campaigns
- Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize future campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing, branding, and content creation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand design, and content creation
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Squarespace
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
