Overview
We are looking for a Creative Digital Designer to lead the creation of brand-driven visual content across digital platforms. This role combines brand identity design, interactive web experiences, packaging, and content marketing assets into a cohesive creative output. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life across websites, campaigns, and marketing channels.

Key Deliverables
1. Brand Visual Identity & Design
- Create and maintain comprehensive brand visual identity systems, including logo, typography, color palette, icons, and guidelines
- Design for both digital and print use cases, including product packaging, tradeshow materials, and promotional collateral
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand and client touchpoints
2. Website & Digital Experience Design
- Design and build responsive, animated websites and landing pages using Webflow or similar no-code/low-code platforms
- Implement micro-interactions, scroll animations, and dynamic content
- Collaborate with developers and UI/UX team to ensure seamless execution
- Optimize designs for performance, responsiveness, SEO, and accessibility
3. Digital Marketing Assets & Templates
- Design high-quality assets for social media, email campaigns, ads, and presentations
- Build scalable template systems to support internal or client content teams
- Deliver visually consistent content aligned with brand standards and marketing goals
4. 3D & Interactive Visual Content
- Create 3D product renders, immersive scenes, or animated visuals for digital use (website, campaigns, virtual showcases)
- Develop motion graphics, Lottie animations, or scroll-triggered interactions to enhance storytelling
- Work with creative technologists to integrate motion and 3D into user experiences
CategoryTools / Competencies:
- Visual Design & Branding:Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; branding systems; layout and typography; packaging design
- 3D & Motion GraphicsBlender, Spline, After Effects, Lottie, GSAP or similar tools
- UI/UX & Web Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch; Webflow (preferred); responsive design principles; accessibility and SEO awareness
- Digital Content Creation: Canva, Adobe Express, Google Slides/Docs; asset systems for social/email/web marketing
- Collaboration & Workflow: Strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally with developers, strategists, and marketers
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in creative digital design, branding, and interactive content development
- A portfolio showcasing a mix of brand identity, web design, graphic content, and motion or 3D visuals
- Understanding of marketing-driven design and how to deliver across channels and formats
- Comfortable managing end-to-end creative execution in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment
Other Information
- Location: Preferably London-based, with a hybrid working approach (remote work supported, with regular in-person collaboration as needed)
- Work Eligibility: Open to UK citizens or individuals with settled status or Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
