Awesome Construction, a trusted name in construction staffing and recruitment, is currently hiring a Crane Supervisor (CIS) for an active site in Purley. This role is key to maintaining safe and efficient lifting operations on site. With several projects running in the area, there is strong potential for long-term work.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing and coordinating crane activities during daily operations
- Carrying out pre-use inspections on all lifting equipment
- Enforcing health & safety protocols and ensuring full compliance with site regulations
- Guiding and supporting crane operators while liaising with other site personnel
- Assisting with the planning and scheduling of lifts in conjunction with management
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid CPCS Crane Supervisor card
- Previous experience supervising crane operations on active construction sites
- Strong understanding of lifting procedures, safety guidelines, and crane operations
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Must operate under self-employed CIS status
