We are seeking a creative and driven Corporate Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Investor Relations Firm. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media management and public relations, with the ability to engage audiences and enhance our clients' presence across various platforms. This role is pivotal in crafting the online narrative, fostering community engagement, and driving brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media management.
- Assist in the development of public relations initiatives that align with our overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate social media management and financial communication
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with public relations practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
