JOB OPPORTUNITY: Core Services Officer (Part time. 14 hours/wk)
Salary: £24,672 per annum pro rata (£9,869 for 14 hrs/wk)

St Petrock’s is a strongly values-led local charity, with our primary focus being to meet the urgent needs of people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. It is therefore essential for everyone on our team, regardless of their role, to be fully committed both to our mission, and to the values which guide all that we do and the way we behave as a team.
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active individual to form part of our Core Services Team, which provides the essential financial, administrative and other functions that enable the effective delivery of our vital services to homeless people in Exeter. As well as sharing responsibility for these general support functions, you will have a particular role in supporting teams with our client database and supporter CRM.
The successful applicant will be committed to the mission and values of St Petrock’s, and will have very good, organisational, financial, interpersonal, communication, and IT skills. They will also understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion. They will be adaptable and flexible, capable of working both on their own initiative and enjoy the variety and challenge of working as part of a team within a busy charity.
Normal working hours for this post are 14 hours per week, to be worked during core hours over 2 days (primarily Mondays and Tuesdays). The role will be based primarily on-site in St Petrock’s centre office.
