- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide.
- Strong menu planning skills with a focus on nutrition and variety.
- Fine dining experience preferred, showcasing knowledge of upscale food presentation.
- Proficient in food preparation techniques, including cooking and meal preparation.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent knife skills for efficient food preparation.
- Background in catering or restaurant environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
