Our new Cafe/Deli and Winebar is looking for a talented, creative and passionate individual to be at the heart of our kitchen and lead the business forward with unique offerings. Our cook will be central to the performance of the business so we require someone who can lead, create and manage a kitchen working on their own with an ability to use their initiative. You’ll be responsible for creating menus alongside the owner, creating strategic plans, running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with our exciting food offers.

Part Time - 4 Day Weeks (20-30 Hours with the view to grow)

Personal Characteristics:
You'll be passionate about good quality food and really want to drive the food culture of the business. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as well as the right attitude. Someone who can put their personal stamp on a new business and take it forward as their own.
Personal Requirements:
Experience of food preparation & cooking of fresh food in a fast-paced environment. Organised with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in kitchens necessary.
