The role is to assist a Conveyancer with running a conveyancing caseload.
It is very important that the right candidate pays attention to detail and ensures spelling and grammar accuracy. The right candidate must be able to work under pressure and always proof read their work.
The candidate will need to be friendly, and professional.
Training will be given but secretarial experience, customer service experience or PA experience is preferred.
The role will involve updating a computerised system, replying to emails, answering calls, preparing letters, documents. The work is time sensitive so it is important that the right candidate can work efficiently. Being quick to learn would be preferred.
The role initially would be working alongside the Conveyancer at their home office. Once the candidate is fully trained, working from home will be offered.
