Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Typist

About the Role

We are ideally seeking a well-spoken, well presented secretary that has a minimum of 6 months previous experience within another law firm environment working in conveyancing.

You will be able to work full time from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Duties include:

*Audio and copy type

*Proof read your own work

*Keep an electronic diary

*Answer the telephones in a professional and friendly manner

*Be responsible for photocopying / scanning / faxing documents as and when required

* Provide other general support where necessary

*To provide occasional reception cover as and when required.
