More about the role
As the Convenience Commercial Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy. You will be responsible for leading key projects, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of commercial plans. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with stakeholders across the business, leveraging data and insights to inform decisions, and driving continuous improvement in our operations.
You will also be instrumental in managing ranging processes, utilising JDA systems, and supporting the development of compelling business cases. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction and make a tangible impact on our convenience proposition.

Your ability to communicate effectively and simplify complex information makes you a trusted partner across the business.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrate initiative, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. Your experience with tools like JDA and your ability to tell compelling stories through presentations will set you up for success in this role.

- Proven experience in managing projects or workstreams from initiation to delivery.
