Control Panel Wireman
To carry out assembly and manufacture of HVAC BMS control panels. Must be able to read schematic drawings and set out Control Panels from drawings and specifications
Requirements
Interpretation of Schematic Drawings
Layout components on back-plate in-line with other similar products or from experience for bespoke control panels
Wire between components and identify with wire numbers, including; 3 phase, LV power, ELV control, PLC wiring, and communication bus wiring.
Drill, punch, and cut the control panel enclosure, door, and back plate
Accuracy of measurement band mounting components
Operation of hand and power tools
Good organisational skills
