The People Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the People Services Team, contributing to providing a high-quality service to both new employees, existing employees, and managers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the central point of contact for the AASC contract hiring managers and all relevant and related teams both internally and externally.
To support the business by linking all new starter, leaver and job change information and data contributing to accurate and up to date records and organisational charts, ensuring relevant changes are applied across IT, equipment, fleet, payroll, HR and any other relevant areas across all contractual staff.
Work closely with the new staff member, the hiring manager, HR, IT, equipment, fleet, payroll and any other relevant teams or divisions to enable all required information and procedures to be completed efficiently and where possible before the new hire start date.
To support the business by working collaboratively internally in contract and externally with agency staff suppliers, Home Office Agencies and Group functions to maintain contractual vetting obligations on AASC contract.
Support the wider Business Support Team in all administration duties where required
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and management of relevant mailbox, processing requests as required to a high standard, providing excellent outcomes for our internal and external customers
- Maintaining relationships with all internal and external parties related to role
- Maintaining accurate and relevant logs, processes, trackers, Operating procedures, and relevant documentation as needed (LOP’s)
- To ensure that the Success Profiles are kept up to date and reviewed annually
Liaise with the Serco payroll team for any issues highlighted.
- Coordinate and schedule exit interviews with departing employees, ensuring confidentiality, and providing a comfortable environment for staff feedback
- Analyse exit interview data to identify trends, patterns, and common themes among departing employees' feedback, such as recurring reasons for turnover or areas of organisational strength and weakness
