Job description
Igennus Healthcare Nutrition is a family-owned business based in Cambridge, founded by our Chairman, Jav Nazemi, and now led by his daughter, Mina, our CEO. The Nazemi family are supported by a close-knit team of talented people who share our values and bring expertise and inspiration, enabling us to remain strongly science-led. We only develop products we truly believe in and use ourselves.
As we grow our communications, we’re looking for a qualified Nutritionist or Nutritional Therapist with strong communications skills to support us in creating informative and engaging content. You will be part of an established team of expert nutritionists and report to our Head of Communications.
The role
As Consumer Communications Nutritionist, you’ll create a wide range of consumer-facing content that brings our brand voice to life — writing social media posts, emails, product descriptions, articles and more. You’ll also film short videos (and/or edit content) to introduce nutritional topics, present products and build visibility online.
You’ll work closely with our in-house graphic designer, nutrition team and Head of Communications to deliver content in line with our editorial calendar — and will be supported and mentored to grow your skills across multiple areas of the business.
This is a highly collaborative and evolving role, ideal for someone flexible, proactive, and excited by the chance to grow with a dynamic, purpose-led company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Write clear, accurate, and engaging content, including:
o Social media captions
o Video scripts
o Email newsletters
o Educational articles

o Product descriptions & web content
o Supplement guides, eBooks and other digital materials
- Confidently present and/or edit short-form video content to introduce content and present product features
- Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to deliver visually engaging, brand-aligned content
- Plan and deliver content to deadline using our communications calendar
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. R&D and commercial team) on product launches, content updates and performance testing
- Support label updates with aligned marketing communications
- Once fully trained, review and approve content amends where nutrition sign-off is required
- Maintain familiarity with industry compliance and brand voice
- Stay up to date with the latest nutrition trends and research relevant to our products and audience
