Hourly Rate of £12.77 per hour (full time, 39 hours/week)

The Conference and Banqueting Logistics Supervisor will provide the Porters department in Conference and Events with the leadership required to maximize guest satisfaction at optimal productivity levels, whilst ensuring all meeting rooms, common hotel areas as well as C&E storages and its associated areas are set according to the business requirement, in a high standard of tidiness, cleanness in safe and secure environment.
You enjoy supervising and delivering events smoothly and efficiently, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints. You will work closely with the management team, deputising in their absence, and working towards creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
