We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to get involved – whether that’s leading an art session in the centre, helping at a community event, or supporting someone to achieve their personal goals. No previous experience is needed – we provide full, in-house training.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support service users with a variety of activities, both in our day centre and out in the community. This could include:
- Taking part in Project Radio or Project Café sessions
- Arts and crafts workshops
- Volunteering in community projects and events
- Supporting trips, social activities, and community engagement
- Helping people develop daily living skills in real-world settings
- Encouraging and empowering people to achieve their aspirations
What We’re Looking For
- Full of energy, compassion, and a “can-do” attitude
- Happy to get stuck into all activities, whether indoors or outdoors
- Committed to promoting independence and equality
- Able to work flexibly – every other weekend and some evenings
- ESSENTIAL: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car for transporting service users
- Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
