What’s the job like?
Think meaningful conversations, coffee trips, confidence-building – basically, making someone’s day every day. It’s fun, rewarding, and no two days are the same.
A heads-up:
This role can be emotionally and physically demanding, so you’ll need to be resilient. We’re all about support and inclusivity, but it’s important to know what you’re stepping into.
What you need to have:
✅ A big heart and a positive attitude
✅ Good communication skills (basically just being friendly and a good listener)
✅ Patience and empathy
✅ A full UK driving licence and your own car
✅ Happy to work a mix of evenings and weekends on a rota

Pay: Up to £25,350.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week
