The Role: Community Support Worker
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide care and support to individuals in their homes and communities. You’ll help with daily living tasks, promote independence, and provide compassionate care, making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team in a company that truly values and invests in its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
- Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Administer medication as outlined in care plans
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ conditions
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals
About You:

Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous care experience is not essential – full training is provided.
- A naturally caring, empathetic personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to follow instructions and work within safety regulations
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility with working hours
