- Requirements of a Care Worker:
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be kind, caring and trustworthy with a desire to work in home care
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude with empathy
- Care experience is desirable but not essential as a full training program will be provided, ongoing support and development
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as we are NOT able to offer visa's or sponsorship's
- Must hold a full and valid UK driving license with access to your own vehicle is essential, as you will be traveling to and from individual’s homes
